There is no connection

In order to surf the Net using a BlackBerry, you require a special BlackBerry option (e.g. "BlackBerry Option" from Swisscom for CHF 10/month). Open the browser on your phone to see if your mobile phone network (Edge/3G) is working properly. If you have a connection (not via a WLAN network!), we will need additional information to resolve the problem. Please send us an email with the following details to esupport@local.ch:

  • Which software version do you have (Menu > Settings > Info > Version e.g. v5.0.0.656)?
  • Which BlackBerry model do you use (Menu > Settings > Info > BlackBerry e.g. 9700)?
