My local search function doesn’t work

Please check that "Use wireless networks" and "Use GPS satellites" are enabled under Menu > Settings > Location & security.

The local search function in our app must also be activated.

If these settings are correct but the error continues to occur, please send us an email with the following information to esupport@local.ch:

  • Which Android model do you use?
  • Which version of Android do you have? (Settings > About phone > Android version)
  • Which version of our app do you have installed? (open our app and select Menu > Info)
  • What did you do and what were the results?
