Unwanted calls can be blocked by your telephone provider – local.ch cannot block these calls. However, we can show you what you can do.
Unfortunately, individual phone numbers cannot be blocked – only anonymous incoming calls.
If these calls are made anonymously, you can activate service 99.

 Service 99 activation:

•  Pick up the receiver and wait until you hear the dial tone.
•  Press the asterisk (*) key, enter 99 and then press the hash (#) key.
•  Wait for confirmation and hang up.

 Service 99 deactivation:

•  Pick up the receiver and wait until you hear the dial tone.
•  Press the hash (#) key, enter 99 and then press the hash (#) key again.
•  Wait for confirmation and hang up.

We can give you a new telephone number free of charge in the event of annoyance calls (advertising calls are not considered an annoyance).
